Remodelling of the Grade II listed Clifton Terrace.
No. 3 Clifton Terrace forms part of the Grade II Listed historic terrace overlooking the Thames Estuary.
The existing building had been very poorly sub-divided into 4 apartments, all of which were in a dilapidated condition.
Through careful removal, repair, remodelling and considered small additions the apartments were re-imagined and made grandeur to reflect the setting and the value of the historic asset.
This involved working through historic lime plaster and timber joinery details, extensive recovering of lead roof and bringing the servicing into the 21st Century.
